Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every odd month.

Minutes will be sent out via e-mail within seven days of meeting.

If you are unable to attend and would like to raise a topic, you may e-mail any of the board members the issue for discussion that you would like to bring up to the membership present at the meeting.
